- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Excellent customer service & staff were very friendly & accommodating. Fantastic selection of pet foods, toys, treats etc, I met staff member Fergus in the Ballymena Store just as I was leaving the store & he took the time to talk to me & explain about his puppy party & gave me great advice on my pug who is a very fussy eater. Fergus was very helpful & I knew he was a dedicated animal lover as he was full of knowledge & took a great interest in my wee fussy pug even though his shift hadn't even started, he was such a genuine young man.
